Reschedule, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

 

At Uplift For Her, we are committed to providing the highest quality of women's healthcare services. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our scheduling format and our prioritization of long-form visits, a missed appointment can significantly impact the flow of our day and prevent us from accommodating other patients in need of care.

Rescheduling:

  • Reschedule an Appointment: Please provide at least two (2) full business days’ notice before your scheduled time.

Cancellations and Refunds*:

  • More than Two (2) Full Business Days’ Notice: Cancellations made with more than two (2) full business days’ notice will be eligible for a full refund.*
  • Less than Two (2) Full Business Days’ Notice: Cancellations made with less than two (2) full business days’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.*
  • Less than One (1) Full Business Day Notice or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than one (1) full business day before your appointment, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund and will be billed the full price of the visit.

Bundled/Packaged Visits:

  • Unused Services: If no services in a bundle/package have been used, cancellations made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.* 
  • Used Services: Once the first service in a discounted bundle/package has been utilized, the bundle/package becomes non-refundable. 
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds* for unused services in a bundle/package may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of clinic management, and will be prorated based on the full price of individual services, not the discounted bundle/package rate.

Billing:

Any applicable cancellation fees not held or paid in advance will be billed directly to the patient and must be settled before scheduling future appointments.

Bundled/Packaged Visits:

Services included in a bundle/package can be rescheduled according to the terms above. Frequent rescheduling may affect eligibility for future packages or discounts.

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. If you experience such circumstances, please get in touch with our office as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and strive to offer a compassionate and fair resolution.

How to Reschedule, Cancel, or Request a Refund*:

Please message or call our office at 385-401-2895 during business hours with your name, appointment details, and the reason for your cancellation and/or refund request.

 

Physical Product Return Policy

 

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed supplements within 30 days of purchase. Opened products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons. If a product is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund* upon verification.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process.

Return Process:

  • In-Person Returns: Please bring the product along with your receipt to our clinic during business hours for assistance with the return. 
  • Mail-In Returns: If you cannot return the product in person, please contact our customer service for instructions. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

*Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

Exchanges:

Exchanges for unopened products of equal value are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Opened products can only be exchanged if defective or damaged.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as clearance or final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange and will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
