Dietary & Nutrition Support

At Uplift For Her, we believe that nourishment is a vital part of healing. Food is more than just fuel—it’s connection, care, and one of the most powerful tools you can use to support your health. But with so much conflicting information out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure about what to eat, when to eat, or how to make lasting changes.

That's where our registered dietitian comes in. A registered dietitian is a licensed healthcare professional that specializes in the science of food and its impact on health. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, making changes due to a chronic condition, or simply seeking to feel more energized and balanced, our dietitian will help you create a sustainable, personalized plan rooted in your goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

Our registered dietitian, Olivia, is here to guide you with compassion and evidence-based advice. Together, you'll create a personalized plan that aligns with your body, your lifestyle, and your health goals.

When you meet with our dietitian, you’ll never be handed a one-size-fits-all plan.

Instead, you’ll receive:

  • A safe, supportive space to share your story without judgment
  • Evidence-based guidance tailored to your body, lifestyle, and health goals
  • A flexible plan that adapts with you, not a rigid set of rules
  • Ongoing coaching and adjustments as you learn, grow, and find what works best for you
  • Encouragement and accountability to help you stay consistent when life gets busy

Working with a dietitian isn’t about a quick fix, it’s an ongoing coaching relationship. Lasting change takes time. Most clients begin to notice meaningful shifts within the first few weeks and reach goals in about six months, though the process can range anywhere from three months to a year depending on your needs.

During that time, your dietitian will be your partner—offering guidance, accountability, and encouragement as you experiment, grow, and create new habits that actually last.

Who is nutrition support best for?

  1. Individuals with Specific Health Goals: Whether it's losing weight, getting healthier, having more energy, or managing a health condition, a dietician can offer personalized advice and support.
  2. Individuals with Health Conditions: If you have diabetes, heart disease, digestive issues, or other conditions, a dietician can help you eat in a way that supports your health.
  3. People with Dietary Restrictions: If you have food allergies, intolerances, or follow a specific diet, a dietician can help ensure you get the nutrients you need while avoiding problem foods.
  4. Anyone Struggling with Weight: Whether you want to lose, gain, or maintain weight, a dietician can work with you to create a plan tailored for your needs.
  5. Pregnant or Nursing Women: Registered dietician's can offer advice on eating well during pregnancy and breastfeeding to support both mom and baby.
  6. Those Interested in Preventive Health: If you want to stay healthy and prevent future health problems, a dietician can guide you toward better eating habits.

Meet Our Registered Dietician:

Olivia, our registered dietician

Hi there! I’m Olivia—a Registered Dietitian, mom of two, outdoor enthusiast, and lifelong nutrition nerd. My passion is helping women feel vibrant, energized, and confident through every phase of life, so they can pursue the things that matter most to them.

I didn’t start in healthcare—in a previous career, I worked as a certified public accountant. But I felt the spark was missing. Inspired by my own journey into motherhood, I made a career shift and earned a Master’s in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah before becoming a Registered Dietitian.

Now, I combine my knowledge of nutrition, physiology, and the psychology of behavior change to guide women through personalized, practical wellness journeys. Whether it’s navigating perimenopause, pregnancy, postpartum, PCOS, or simply finding more energy in the chaos of everyday life, I meet you where you are.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to make lifestyle changes in the midst of a busy, demanding life. That’s why my approach is flexible, compassionate, and rooted in sustainability. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan. Together, we’ll focus on adding nourishment in ways that align with your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

Because how we move, fuel, and care for ourselves doesn’t just shape our health—it shapes our entire lives. I’m here to help you feel your best.
